By purchasing all sample kits, including the complete selection from our collections, shipping will be free of charge.
For orders of €200 or more, shipping is always free.
For the purchase of a single sample kit, the shipping cost will be communicated and charged after the order has been confirmed.
RETURN POLICY
You can return any item within 14 days of the delivery date.
Before issuing a refund, make sure the item is in its original condition, with its tag still attached.
The Perfumes returned items must be in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap).
We reserve the right to refuse any item returned after the 14 days or not in its original condition.
Your return will be insured in case of theft or loss during the transportation.
Return of any product is subject to a charge.
If your return does not meet the above requirements, the package will be sent back and the refund will not be credited back.
